Choosing the Right Treatment

Our approach goes beyond "just a massage". Corrective fascia work is built into every Remedial and Deep Tissue Corrective session. This means you'll get more than surface-level relief - we aim for a deeper change. (Prefer a simpler, lighter option? Deep Tissue Surface is still available for temporary relief of general tightness or soreness.)

When booking:

1. Main Treatment - Select from Remedial (claimable for health rebates^), Deep Tissue (Corrective or Surface), Blended or Swedish (Classic or Deep).
2. Enhancements (Optional) - Add more focus if you'd like:

• Corrective Work: extra fascia/structural integration
• Body-Focused: choose a specific area (calves, hips, stomach)
• Ailment Focus: addresses common issues like migraines, frozen shoulders etc
• Finishing Touches: steamed wipe finish, magnesium oil etc.
